Screen Flows

The SmarterPay Cloud package contains a series of out of the box flows. Each flow allows Inputs so that they can be used as part of wider processes; they are also marked as templates so they can be used as a starting point for a completely custom experience. This enables clients, and SmarterPay, to extend functionality to integrate perfectly with business processes.

• Create Mandate
• Create Recurrence Schedule
• Create Single Payment
• Create Single Credit
• Modulus Check
• Card Payment
• 'Secondary' Card Transactions (Refund, Repeat etc)
• Setup Wizard - a comprehensive wizard combining all other flows.

The 'Show Results Screen' input variable appears on several of the standard flows provided in the SmarterPay for Salesforce managed package. The value 'TRUE' will display a confirmation screen after the flow has completed its processing. 'FALSE' will either end the flow or automatically move onto the next screen if it is included as a sub-flow of another screen flow. This input variable is useful for those users who have a larger bespoke process, such as a membership, subscription or onboarding sign-up flow.
