Once all of the relevant actions have taken place the system displays the Thank You page.

For Mandates without multiple signatures, the process has finished and the page can now be closed.

For Mandates with multiple signatures, the unsigned mandate can be downloaded using the “Download PDF” link, filled in and returned using the instructions in the email that gets sent to the customer.
