Clicking on the “UPLOAD SIGNED MANDATE” button, on the Mandate Detail View page, will open up the “Upload Mandate Form” dialogue box.
The dialogue box shows that there is “No file selected”.
Use the “Browse” button to select the file to upload. Note: Only PDF files are supported for this upload.
NOTE: This upload process will overwrite any file that has already been uploaded. If there is an existing file on the Mandate the dialogue box will inform you of this.
The dialogue box shows the file that has been selected from the previous step, in this example it is “DDInstruction.pdf”.
If this is the correct file click the “UPLOAD” button.
The dialogue box will change to show the status of the file upload.
The “CLOSE” button can be clicked to close the dialogue box.
