“EDIT SUBSCRIPTION” Button | This will Edit the subscription. |
The “Events Sent” section displays a list of one or more Outbound Messages, depending on the filter set on it.
If the page is called from a record history it will be filtered on the Outbound Message ID, and have one entry in the list.
If the page is called from clicking on the “Logs” tab, from a subscription, no filter will be applied and multiple entries may be in the list, with the latest at the top.
Clicking on “Filter” allows a filter to be added, or an existing filter to be changed or removed.
The “Event” section shows details on the currently selected Outbound message.
At the top of the section are basic details, such as ID and status of the Outbound Message, and the ability to resend the message by clicking the “RESEND OUTBOUND MESSAGE” button.
Resending an outbound message (Webhook) will take an existing message and send it out exactly the same as it was sent before.
Under the details section there are a couple of sub-sections called “History” and “Event Body”.
The Event Body sub-section can be used to view the contents of the Webhook.
Note: The system only keeps the last 30 days of webhook content (Event Body). After that time an “Event Body Not Found” message will be displayed.
Resending an outbound message, after 30 days, will regenerate the event body.
