Resolutions and implementations

This release provides the following resolutions and implementations:

Fixes in communicating with Bacs, for submissions and reports, to support an upcoming protocol change.
- Note: Clients must upgrade before July 2026 to avoid service interruption.
Installer now uses SQL Server 2022 Express.

Installation Requirements

These are the requirements for installing the SmarterPay On-Premise software.

2+ GB RAM.
1+ GB disk space.
Smartcard reader.
Internet connection.

Operating System Requirements

64bit (x64, not ARM64) Windows Operating System
- Windows 10, or greater
- Windows Server 2016, or greater

Software Requirements

.NET Framework 4.7.2
SQL Server 2012, or greater (SQL Server 2022 Express installed by SmarterPay)
Signing software (provided by the sponsoring bank)
