Resolutions and implementations

This new release provides the following resolutions and implementations:

Added support for SHA#256 certificates, signing and hashing (SHA2)
BACS Session Management changes: AUTH Cookie and HttpOnly
Update the SFP number and sign with the new “SmarterPay Limited” certificate
Submissions client throws an exception when exiting from the login dialog
