• Custom Rejection Profile:

There are no custom profile actions available for this code.

• SmarterPay Cloud default Rejection Profile:
  • No change to Object records.
  • Email sent to Client Contacts, based on SUN access, and the “Resolve Bacs Reports” permission set in Profiles.

The nature of the issue means that SmarterPay Cloud cannot do anything with the triggering, or associated Object records.

Navigating to the Report Detail will provide more information on the issue, and allow the issue to be “ignored” in SmarterPay Cloud.
