Bacs Rejection Profiles
SmarterPay Cloud uses a profile to tell it how to process Bacs Rejection Reports.
Out of the box the “SMPC Default” profile is applied to all SUNs within a Client.
A custom profile can be created and applied to the SUN if you need to process rejections differently to the default.
For example, the default profile does not re-present failed payments or send out emails to customers on failures.

Actions
Available actions, subject to permissions, are:

| “NEW” Button | This button clones the “SMPC Default” profile and opens the Detail View ready for customisation. |
| Plan Name | Clicking on the Plan Name will open it's Detail View page. |
| “ENABLE” Button | Shows on new/disabled plans. Enables the plan to be selected for use on a SUN. |
| “DISABLE” Button | Shows on enabled plans. Disables the plan for use on a SUN. Any SUNs currently set to use this plan will be changed to use the default plan. |
| “DELETE” Button | Deletes the Plan. Any SUNs currently set to use this plan will be changed to use the default plan. |
List Ordering
By default, the list is ordered by the first column.
Clicking on any of the selectable column headers will sort the entire list by that selected column (There is no sub-sorting) A-Z (Earliest first).
Clicking on the same column header again toggles between the A-Z and the Z-A ordering.
