Using iConnect in Edge
1. Navigate to Microsoft Edge browser and click on ‘Settings’ from the toggle menu.
2. On the left-hand side, click on Default Browser.
3. On the right-hand side Under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section, change the “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” drop down selection to ‘Allow’
4. A button will appear using you to Restart the browser. Click ‘Restart’.
5. Once your browser has restarted, under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section click on the Add button next to Internet Explorer mode pages.
6. A pop up will appear. Enter ‘https://iconnect.aptbacs.co.uk’ into the text box and hit ‘Add’.
7. Repeat this for https://iconnect.aptbacs.co.uk/Default.aspx and https://paymentservices.bacs.co.uk
8. Once they have both been added, you will be able to use iConnect in the Edge browser.
It is worth noting that these manual settings reset every 30 days. So, you may want to talk to your IT team and get this implemented as a group policy.
