Release Notes

SmarterPay Cloud is continuously being developed and patched. Release notes shown in this section highlight the major additions, or changes, that would be of interest to our customers.

Please be advised that an update to SmarterPay Cloud's external IP addresses will be in the upcoming maintenance period on Sunday 13th September 2026.

These address changes will affect those who already have IPs whitelisted for our infrastructure

The new IP addresses which will be required to be whitelisted are as follows:

• 4.250.124.140
• 20.162.237.221
• 52.151.64.151
• 172.166.131.88

Added “Smarterpay - STD18 Lite” File Format - Reduced validation Standard 18 file format.

The following enhancements have been made to SmarterPay Cloud

• Mandate Dormancy added to System Settings.
  • When enabled will disable Mandates that have had no activity (DD Payments) for over 24 months.
• Discard lines from File Upload.
  • You can now remove lines from uploaded files without having to discard, modify and re-upload the file.
• Bureau Profile added to Service User Numbers.
  • Service User Numbers can now be assigned to Bureaus for submissions.
• Support Profiles added for Invite Support User.
  • To make it easier you can now only select “Support Read/Write” or “Support Readonly” when inviting Support Users.
