Overview
This technical guide describes the capabilities of the SmarterPay for Aedon Accounting Extension package. Its purpose is to offer a greater understanding of how SmarterPay works seamlessly with Aedon Accounting via the use of the dedicated extension package that links the two products together.
The extension package allows users to collect money from customers or pay their vendors, seamlessly and automatically.
A comprehensive setup guide is included which allows for rapid installation.
Features
This feature list highlights which integrations are currently available between SmarterPay Cloud for Salesforce and Aedon Accounting.
Sales Invoices
- Collect money for Sales Invoices via Direct Debits.
- Automatic or Manual generation of Direct Debit Payment against a Sales Invoice with a customer default or specified Direct Debit Mandate.
- Automated Sales Payment generation on configurable status of a Direct Debit Payment.
- Automated Sales Payment Failure generation when a failure code is received from Bacs.
- Automated Deposit into the Aedon Bank Account record, reflecting the amount that is received at the actual bank account. Allowing for easy reconciliation of Direct Debit payments.
