Permission Sets

Two permission sets are provided. SmarterPay Admin and SmarterPay User. Both give users access to the main SmarterPay records and allow interaction via the API.

Anyone who needs basic access to set up Mandates or take Card Payments is given the SmarterPay User permission set.

We recommend that at least one Salesforce user is given the SmarterPay Admin permission set. Normally this would be your technical administrator. This will give them visibility of the API and Webhook Queues, allowing them to resolve any issues with the outbound or inbound updates. They will also have permission to configure the SmarterPay for Salesforce package settings.
