Triggers and After Payment Processing

The Salesforce platform opens up consumers of the SmarterPay card payment software to seamlessly fit card payments into the rest of their system. As all card payments are reported to Salesforce as records, triggers, workflows, process builders and platform events may be used to automate any additional processing after a transaction has been made. This allows for functionality such as automatic receipt emails or updates to other, non-SmarterPay, records and fields. For example, a receipt email may need to be sent to a customer and at the same time a related invoice may need to be marked as 'Paid'.

These additional integrations can be done by our clients if the technical resource is available or by us as a bespoke service.
