If the next step in the process is Account Validation the customer is directed to choose the Bank that they are with

On choosing the bank an account validation Information page is displayed

On clicking “Accept” a QR code is displayed that allows the customer to continue the account validation on their mobile device

When the QR code is scanned the page changes to show this action and then waits for the customer to validate their account

If the validation is successful the system displays the thank you page

If there is an issue with the validation, for example the bank account selected doesn't match the details entered, then a message is displayed and the process stops here

Note: Depending on the setup of the link initially sent out to the Customer, a different/new link may be required to complete the validation process
