Passwords
Password Policy
The Cloud uses the following Policy for acceptable passwords:
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one non-alphanumeric character (Special characters).
- A minimum of 8 characters.
- Cannot be one of the previous 3 passwords.
- Cannot contain your username.
- Cannot contain your email address.
Resetting Your Password
Your password can be reset:
- From the Login Page you can click "Forgot your password?".
- Under the Password section of the Manage Account menu.
